To adjust the magnification, simply turn the Magnification Adjustment Ring clockwise to increase or counterclockwise to decrease. After setting the magnification, some refocusing is usually required. Rotate the Helical Focus until the image is in focus. Adjust the Viewing Angle (Crossfire HD 65mm and 80mm only) by loosening the Thumb Screw, rotating the spotting scope body to a comfortable viewing angle, and securing the position by tightening the Thumb Screw. Extend the Sunshade (Crossfire HD 65mm and 85mm only) to block out interfering stray light and shield the objective lens.
